Back

We were exceptionally lucky with the weather today following yesterday’s downpours and gales. Fortunately, the paths were not too muddy, although the wind was very gusty (we lost Mary Poppins after the first 100 yards!) and the fields were sticky in places. The snowdrops at Lynsted Park were magnificent and we caught them at just at the right time. Lynsted Park of course was owned by the creator of Dr Who, and where the first Daleks were assembled, but we crept past and no one was Exterminated, Exterminated!! A lovely walk with some very friendly walkers. Thanks to Kevin for leading and Dave for the photos.
