Yesterday’s snow had settled lightly making the countryside look very pretty, and although overcast and very cold, it was lovely to be out walking in these conditions! We made our way firstly towards Badlesmere, passing St. Leonard’s church, before the first of two visits to the lovely dry valley at the heart of the walk. Leaving the valley we walked up to Selling village and then Hogben’s Hill, before returning to walk in the valley from the opposite end. A lovely walk. Thank you to Stevie for leading, Jennifer and David for the photos (some of which were taken before the snow, a few days earlier on the pre-walk).
