We started off from Silcocks Farm Shop and Tea Room car park. It was quite chilly, damp and cloudy when we met up, but soon brightened up as we walked around our route. The sun even made a very brief appearance. A very varied walk, with some good views. Lunch stop was beside a mill stream, with the remains of an old mill scattered about. Back at Silcocks after the walk, eighteen of us visited the tea rooms, which was lovely and warm, and soon had us shedding our outer layers.

Thank you to Jennifer for leading, Ron for back-marking and Dave for his invaluable help.

Lots more photos on Facebook.
